Shipping and Return Policy
All of our products are shipped to customers for free.
Products are made to order and typically arrive within 7-14 days of original purchase. You will receive a tracking number after purchase which will allow you to monitor your delivery.
We want you to love your Common Grind merchandise. Please contact us at email@example.com if you intend to return a product and we will lend a hand. If you receive your item in faulty condition, please let us know ASAP.
For returns unrelated to manufacturing error, we can only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- Item is postmarked and mailed within a 30 day window of purchase
- Item is unworn and unwashed
- Item is returned as received in new condition
- All original tags are attached to the item
You will need to provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. Once the return is received and passes our quality inspection, we will notify you of our receipt and results of the inspection. Common Grind is not responsible for merchandise that is lost or sent to the wrong mailing address. Only regular-priced items are refundable.
Once your refund has been processed, we will notify you via the email we have on file and apply the value to the payment method used to purchase the item. Please note, it may take your banking institution additional time to process the refund.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the return, which will be subtracted from the total refund. Returns must be in their original packaging.
